So Vivendi does have a corporate parent and ownership_status stays unset. I added a Relations section with owned_by company/bollore and parent_org company/bollore-participations (both pages already exist; no stubs needed and none created), and two References rows, gleif-viv-dp and gleif-viv-up, for those two GLEIF relationship records; wp-vivendi's locator now also names the shareholder structure it supports. About was rebuilt: the wrong sentence 'No company owns Vivendi...' is replaced by a lede sentence giving Bolloré SE as largest shareholder at 29.90 per cent with the GLEIF consolidation chain, and the whole third paragraph of research narration is gone — the vivendi.com certificate-chain sentence the absence_prose flag matched, the 'One thing is unresolved here' framing and the 'nothing reachable from here ties that SIREN to Sofiee' clause. The underlying source disagreement it described is kept as plain sourced fact: Sofiee as the merger vehicle stays in the second paragraph and the register's 1987 date for SIREN 343 134 763 is stated as being neither the 1853 founding nor the 2000 merger. The lede is now 130 words and Identity summary now answers 'who owns Vivendi' in the line under the title. The walk up stops correctly at Bolloré Participations SE, whose page already records the NATURAL_PERSONS reporting exception; I filed a cleanup on company/bollore because it lacks an owned_by row to Compagnie de l'Odet (LEI 9695005PEG4IL375U849), the direct parent its own reference names and which has no page here. vivendi.com is still unreadable from the fetch service (UNABLE_TO_VERIFY_LEAF_SIGNATURE) and the Wayback Machine has no copy of its shareholder-structure page. | |
