Added References row valtech-f1a-2018 (Valtech SE F-1/A, 16 Oct 2018, principal shareholders note 4), which states that no person holds 10% or more of Vedipar SA shares or over 20% of its votes and that no agreement or arrangement puts any individual or legal entity in control of it; on that basis set ownership_status: no_corporate_parent and explained the evidence in About. This is the most recent statement covering legal entities; the 2020 111, Inc. 20-F only repeats it for individuals, and the Luxembourg RCS/RBE filings could not be read (LBR 429). Also added founded 2007-09-26 and EUID LURCSL.B131813 from the North Data register history (which also confirms the 13 Feb 2025 address change), made the 37.68% Vedihold stake precise, and rewrote summary. Top of the Vedihold/Verlinvest chain reached.. This is the current version.

Vedipar S.A. is a Luxembourg holding company registered under number B131813 on 26 September 2007, with its registered office at 35 Avenue Monterey in Luxembourg City since February 2025.[^northdata-vedipar] It held 37.68% of the shares and voting rights of Vedihold SA, the Luxembourg company that indirectly controls the Belgian investment company Verlinvest.[^valtech-f1a-2018] Valtech SE's 2018 registration statement says that no person owned, directly or indirectly, 10% or more of Vedipar's shares or more than 20% of its voting rights, and that no voting agreement, shareholder agreement, by-law or other arrangement put any individual or legal entity in a position to control it: Vedipar has no corporate parent.[^valtech-f1a-2018]

The 2019 annual report of 111, Inc. gives the chain above Verlinvest as Vedipar holding 38% of Vedihold, Vedihold 90% of Verlinvest Group and Verlinvest Group 88% of Verlinvest, and repeats that no individual owned 10% or more of Vedipar's shares.[^sec-111-20f-2019]
