Universal Music Japan, legally Universal Music LLC (ユニバーサル ミュージック合同会社), is the Japanese subsidiary of Universal Music Group, responsible for marketing and distributing Universal's releases in Japan, with its head office in the Jingumae Tower Building in Shibuya, Tokyo.[^enwiki-umj] It markets and distributes Deutsche Grammophon's Japanese CD editions, such as the 2006 reissue of Karajan's 1975 Mozart Requiem, UCCG-5025, which names it as 発売元.[^umj][^discogs]
