TASTE Beteiligungen GmbH was a holding company in Dissen am Teutoburger Wald, entered in the commercial register at Amtsgericht Osnabrück under HRB 212370 on 8 March 2018 with a share capital of 50,000 euro and the object of acquiring and holding participations in undertakings; Alexander Fuchs was its managing director.[^nd-taste] It sat in the holding structure of the Fuchs Gruppe, the Dissen spice group: it is named in the shareholder list that DFS Beteiligungen GmbH, HRB 110912 Osnabrück, filed on 28 March 2018, three weeks after TASTE Beteiligungen was registered.[^nd-taste][^nd-dfs] In October 2022 it was merged into that same company; the merger was published in its own register on 26 October 2022 and in the register of DFS Beteiligungen on 27 October 2022, and TASTE Beteiligungen was deleted on 3 November 2022.[^nd-taste][^nd-dfs]
