The page had no Relations section at all; it now carries the two registered shareholders named in Springer Nature's own 2025 annual report — owned_by GvH Vermögensverwaltungsgesellschaft XXXIII mbH (Stuttgart) and owned_by Springer Science+Business Media Galileo Participation S.à r.l. (Luxembourg), the two majority shareholders under the voting rights pooling agreement — plus parent_org Holtzbrinck Publishing Group, which holds its majority through GvH 33, its wholly owned subsidiary. Both shareholder vehicles are new stubs with their register and LEI identities from GLEIF; GvH 33 walks up to the existing Holtzbrinck page (GLEIF names Georg von Holtzbrinck GmbH & Co. KG as its direct and ultimate parent) and SSBMG up to the existing BC Partners page (Springer Nature's corporate governance statement calls it an indirect subsidiary of funds advised by BC Partners LLP whose general partner BC Partners Holdings Limited controls).
