Verified identity against the Belgian enterprise register (new row `kbo`: enterprise number 0420.834.005, société anonyme, start date 1 October 1980, seat Rue Auguste Laporte 34 since 1990, NACE 11.070, Spadel SA on the board since 15 January 2001) and re-fetched the GLEIF record by LEI, so `gleifsm` now points at the canonical lei-records/967600YKTJUPZLEBGB25 URL instead of a name-filter query. Replaced the weakly sourced `parent_org` row with `owned_by company/spadel`, status verified, on the new `spadelar` row: Spadel's 2024 annual report consolidates Spa Monopole SA (BE 420.834.005) at 100 %; the privacy-notice evidence (`spadelpriv`) is kept and still cited in About. Added the registered short form SPA MONOPOLE as a name alias (register and GLEIF trading name) and `peppol` confirming S.A. SPA MONOPOLE N.V. under VAT/enterprise-number schemes. On the prefix: no source names the licensee of 5410013. Verified by GS1 and GEPIR are closed to a server (new row `gs1belu` records GEPIR's retirement on 31 December 2023), the Peppol Directory holds no GLN for the company, and web searches for the bare prefix and for a 5410013 GLN found nothing. New evidence instead shows the block is shared inside the group: the Solucious GS1-fed trade sheets name S.A. Spa Monopole for GTIN 5410013112600 (`solucious`) but S.A. Bru-Chevron N.V., Stoumont, for GTIN 5410013341000 (`soluciousbru`), and an Open Food Facts sweep of the block returns Spa and Bru articles side by side (`offprefix`). The prefix therefore stays in gs1_prefixes_inferred and is explicitly not written to gs1_prefixes, with that split and the whole search trail recorded in About. Nothing was removed as unsupported; About was rewritten around the registry facts and now also notes that the 1980 date is the present legal entity's registration, not the start of the business. Worth a later pass: a company stub for Bru-Chevron SA (BE 403.939.672, La Bruyère 151, 4987 Stoumont), which the annual report names as the 99.99 % subsidiary making the Bru brand. | |
