Dropped the whole second About paragraph, the bp-j1 research narration flagged on 2026-09-20 ("Who owns SB Holdings itself is not published" and the rest of it); the sourced KBO facts it framed all sit in the first paragraph and stand. Added a Relations section, which the page lacked: parent_org to company/suntory-holdings at derived, sourced to Suntory's own EECM-Benelux structure page, with the basis in the note (this company is the registered shareholder of Schweppes Suntory Benelux, which Suntory presents as its Benelux operating company, and the two share the Hoeilaart seat and both CBE directors, Maurine Ferri and Jaime Lago de Lanzos Bunzl). No relation row can point down at the company whose shares it holds, so the tie from this side is the group parent; Schweppes Suntory Benelux's own owned_by row already names this company. SB Holdings is a Belgian holding company in Hoeilaart whose one holding is the share capital of Schweppes Suntory Benelux, the Suntory company that markets Schweppes and the group's other soft drinks in Belgium, the Netherlands and Luxembourg.[^nd-sbh][^sbfe-company] It is a public limited company registered under enterprise number 0420.268.435 since 29 January 1980, with capital of 62,000 euro, a financial year ending 31 December, one establishment unit and its seat at Ildefonse Vandammestraat 5-7 since 28 August 2025; the register carries its name in French and records it as CSB Holdings until 31 January 2006.[^kbo-sbh] Its two directors, Maurine Ferri since 1 January 2024 and Jaime Lago de Lanzos Bunzl since 1 October 2025, are also the directors of Schweppes Suntory Benelux, which is registered at the same address.[^kbo-sbh]
The company dates from the end of the first Schweppes company in Belgium: Schweppes (Genval) Limited, a public limited company registered on 18 January 1954 with its seat at avenue du Lac 87 in Rixensart, closed its liquidation on 29 January 1980, the day this company and Schweppes (Genval) NV, enterprise 0420.268.930, were both registered; the register still links all three.[^kbo-sbh][^kbo-genval][^kbo-genval-nv] Schweppes (Genval) NV took the seat at rue du Cerf 127 in Genval and was itself wound up on 14 December 1987, and Genval is where Suntory's structure page still places the headquarters of its Benelux business.[^kbo-genval-nv][^sbfe-company] The holding kept the name CSB Holdings until 31 January 2006, the year Cadbury Schweppes sought buyers for its soft-drink business and Blackstone and Lion Capital took the brands outside North America into Orangina Schweppes, the group Suntory bought in November 2009.[^kbo-sbh][^wiki-orangina] North Data's digest of the Belgian Official Gazette carries the shareholding in Schweppes Suntory Benelux from both files: from the annual accounts published on 4 July 2024, 8 July 2025 and 7 July 2026 on that company's file, and from this company's own accounts published on 3 August 2026.[^nd-ssb][^nd-sbh]
