SB Holdings is a Belgian holding company registered under enterprise number 0420.268.435 since 29 January 1980, a public limited company with capital of 62,000 euro and a financial year ending 31 December, seated at Ildefonse Vandammestraat 5-7 in Hoeilaart since 28 August 2025; the register carries its name in French and records it as CSB Holdings until 31 January 2006, and gives it one establishment unit and a relationship with Schweppes (Genval) Limited, enterprise 0404.733.587, dating from its own registration.[^kbo-sbh] It is the shareholder of Schweppes Suntory Benelux NV, the Suntory soft-drink company that markets Schweppes in Belgium, which is the page here that names it: the annual accounts published on 4 July 2024, 8 July 2025 and 7 July 2026 record the holding from both sides.[^nd-ssb][^nd-sbh] The two companies share the Hoeilaart seat and both of their directors, Maurine Ferri since 1 January 2024 and Jaime Lago de Lanzos Bunzl since 1 October 2025.[^kbo-sbh]
