Rissa Investments Limited is a Cyprus company, registered under number HE 363414 in Nicosia, that heads the group producing and distributing Borjomi and other natural drinking and mineral waters.[^gleif-rissa][^interfax-en] Vedomosti names it the head company of IDS Borjomi Russia.[^vedomosti]
The group's companies hold water bottling rights in Georgia's Borjomi Valley and in Lipetsk, Kostroma and Novosibirsk in Russia, and its portfolio in 2022 counted 11 brands, among them Borjomi and Святой Источник. In June 2022, after sanctions on Alfa Group co-owner Mikhail Fridman froze the Georgian producer's bank accounts, Alfa Group's Cyprus entity Erasmony Limited transferred 7.73% of Rissa to the government of Georgia free of charge. Erasmony kept 49.99% as the largest shareholder, Black Water Limited held 38.48%, and former employees and others held 3.79%; the Georgian government took the chair of the board, and Alfa Group lost its controlling interest.[^interfax-en] GLEIF records Erasmony Limited as the entity that consolidates Rissa's accounts.[^gleif-rissa]
