Rank Nemo (DGMS) Limited is the dormant English company of The Rank Group that held the shares of DGMS Blackburn Holdings Limited, the company which owned the Blackburn CD and DVD plant and sold it to Entertainment Distribution Company in 2006.[^ch-dgms-psc] Companies House registers it under number 04496386 at Tor, Saint-Cloud Way, Maidenhead, incorporated on 26 July 2002 as DELUXE GLOBAL MEDIA LIMITED, renamed DELUXE GLOBAL MEDIA SERVICES LIMITED on 12 September 2002 and RANK NEMO (DGMS) LIMITED on 17 May 2007; it filed under SIC 99999 as a dormant company, made up its last accounts to 30 June 2016 and was dissolved on 8 January 2019.[^ch-nemo] The PSC register credits it with 75% or more of the shares and of the votes in DGMS Blackburn Holdings Limited and with the right to appoint or remove its directors, notified on 6 April 2016.[^ch-dgms-psc]
It carried the name of Rank's disc business until the year after that business was sold: Rank reported the plants as Deluxe Media Services and exited the whole division through a series of disposals during 2006, selling its UK DVD replication and distribution businesses in June and its UK CD replication business in July.[^rank-ar06] The renaming left it one of a series of dormant Rank Nemo companies, and Rank's 2017 annual report lists it, with Rank Nemo (DMS), (DPL), (HGY), (RC) and (Twenty-Five) Limited among others, as companies whose ordinary share capital and voting rights the group owns in full, directly or indirectly.[^rank-ar17] Above it the PSC register names Rank (U.K.) Holdings Limited (02681940) as its shareholder from 16 December 2016, in place of Rank Overseas Holdings Limited (00412917), which had been entered on 6 April 2016.[^ch-nemo-psc] Both of those companies are held by Rank Leisure Holdings Limited (01841255),[^ch-ukh-psc][^ch-orh-psc] which is held by Rank Nemo (Twenty-Five) Limited (04521994),[^ch-rlh-psc] whose registered shareholder is The Rank Group Plc.[^ch-n25-psc]
