Rank Leisure Holdings Limited is an active holding company of The Rank Group, registered with Companies House under number 01841255 at Tor, Saint-Cloud Way, Maidenhead, with head-office activities as its nature of business. Incorporated on 15 August 1984 as R.B. SERIES ELEVEN LIMITED, it became RANK HOLDINGS (U.K.) LIMITED in 1985, RANK ORGANISATION (LEISURE HOLDINGS) PLC in 1995, RANK LEISURE HOLDINGS PLC at the end of 1996 and a private company under its present name on 20 December 2004.[^ch-rlh] The PSC registers name it as the shareholder of both Rank (U.K.) Holdings Limited and Rank Overseas Holdings Limited,[^ch-ukh-psc][^ch-orh-psc] and name Rank Nemo (Twenty-Five) Limited as its own shareholder.[^ch-rlh-psc]
