The 1962-1987 owned_by company/siemens-halske row is now two rows: company/siemens-halske 1962 to 1966-10-01 and company/siemens 1966-10-01 to 1987, the handover cited to Siemens' own company-development page (new reference si-history), which dates the founding of Siemens AG and its absorption of Siemens & Halske AG to 1 October 1966; company/siemens exists, so no stub was created. The 1987/1988 disagreement the previous review recorded as unresolved is now resolved on two new sources: Deutsche Grammophon's own company history (new reference dg-history), which has Siemens selling 40 per cent of its half share at the end of 1984 and Philips buying the last 10 per cent in 1987, and the International Directory of Company Histories via FundingUniverse (new reference idch-polygram), which gives the same two steps with the 40 per cent in 1985. Wikipedia's lone '1988, remaining 50%' sentence is named in About as the outlier and not followed; the residual disagreement over the first tranche (end of 1984 against 1985) is stated instead, and no date is carried for it. Also from idch-polygram: the Baarn head office as an Establishments row (kind office, with a note that no register entry confirms it and that the directory prints the street as 'Veenlan') and the 75 per cent Philips holding in 1997 in About. Added the PolyGram wordmark from Wikimedia Commons (public domain) through images, the page having had no picture; added the search alias 'DGG/PPI Record Group' (1962-1972); made Identity.summary name Siemens & Halske rather than Siemens, since that was the 1962 shareholder. Created the missing owner stub company/philips (Koninklijke Philips N.V., KVK 17001910, LEI H1FJE8H61JGM1JSGM897, Q170416, legal-name history 1912-2013, and an About saying in plain words that no company stands above it: it is listed on Euronext Amsterdam and NYSE and its GLEIF record reports no ultimate parent). company/seagram and company/siemens-halske already existed, so no stubs for them. New References rows: ec-m1219 (European Commission merger decision IV/M.1219 Seagram/Polygram of 21 September 1998, which states outright that PolyGram N.V. was a subsidiary of Philips N.V. and that Seagram acquired the whole of it - the strongest source found and the one the ownership rows cite), philips-sound (Philips' own "Philips sound heritage" PDF, the maker's own word on PPI merging with DGG in 1962 and the 1998 sale), newyorker (the 2015 article named in the flag), wp-seagram (for Seagram's own end on 11 December 2000); wp-polygram and wp-dg were re-read today and their accessed dates moved to 2026-09-20. About was rebuilt as a cited lede plus a history paragraph; nothing previously on the page was dropped. Unresolved and stated in the last paragraph of About: Wikipedia gives two accounts of when the last Siemens shares changed hands (1987 in the Deutsche Grammophon article and in one passage of the PolyGram article, 1988 in another passage of the same article); the rows follow 1987 and the conflict is named. No trade-register entry, registered address or company number for the dissolved PolyGram N.V. was reachable, so those fields stay empty.
