PepsiCo Hellas is the PepsiCo group's company in Greece, registered at Agios Stefanos in Attica under GEMI number 297701000 and founded on 17 June 1976 as Tasty Foods.[^acci] On 31 December 2020 Tasty Foods absorbed Pepsico HBH, the group's Greek drinks company, and was renamed PEPSICO HELLAS Μονοπρόσωπη ΑΒΕΕ; the merged company sells Lay's, Pepsi, Lipton Ice Tea, Ruffles, Doritos, Cheetos, Quaker, Ήβη, Tasty and Seven Up in Greece.[^capmerger]

In 2024 the company said it would bring about 60% of its Greek soft-drink production back from Romania, filling PET bottles at the N.U. Aqua plant in Loutraki and cans with ΕΨΑ at Agria, Volos, or another Greek partner, rather than in plants of its own.[^capital2024]
