Pepsi-Cola Products Philippines, Inc. (PCPPI), which trades as Pepsi Philippines, is the exclusive bottler and distributor of PepsiCo beverages in the Philippines and is listed on the Philippine Stock Exchange as PIP.[^wikiph] It manufactures and sells Pepsi-Cola, Mountain Dew, 7 Up, Mirinda, Mug, Gatorade, Tropicana, Lipton, Sting and Aquafina, from bottling plants at Makati, Muntinlupa, Cebu City, Davao City and, from 2021, Santo Tomas in Batangas, with its head office at Northgate Cyberzone in Alabang, Muntinlupa.[^wikiph]
The Philippine Pepsi franchise dates to 1946, when John Clarkin established a bottling company in Quezon City; the present company was formed in 1989 as Premier Beverages by Luis Lorenzo, Sr. to hold the bottling and distribution rights, and took the PCPPI name after the Guoco Group acquired Lorenzo's holdings in 1997.[^wikiph] PepsiCo bought a 33% stake in 2000, Korea's Lotte Chilsung Beverage became the largest shareholder from 2010 and completed its acquisition of the company in 2023.[^wikiph] Open Food Facts lists only PepsiCo brands under the GS1 Philippines prefix 4803925, all of them filled by PCPPI, which is the basis for recording 4803925 here as an inferred company prefix.[^offph]
