The Swiss commercial register publication of 27 November 2023 (FOSC HR02-1005898012, new References row `shab-epg-ch`) sets the chain out in full, transferring the group's Swiss holding company from Nestlé S.A. down through European Pizza Group TopCo Sàrl (RCS B278209), MidCo (B278258), MezzCo (B278324) and HoldCo (B278388) to European Pizza Group BidCo Sàrl (B278547); the Luxembourg register entries confirm each company's registered shareholder. The page now carries `owned_by company/european-pizza-group-bidco` at `derived` — BidCo is the level that holds the group's national holding companies, and North Data's entry for this holding's annual report published 11 August 2026 names BidCo beside its own two shareholdings — and keeps `parent_org company/european-pizza-group`. Created four stubs walking up to the existing European Pizza Group page: company/european-pizza-group-bidco, -holdco, -mezzco and -midco, each with a summary, its North Data register reference (plus GLEIF for BidCo's LEI) and its own sourced `owned_by`. Not settled from sources: the company's own Liste der Gesellschafter is not machine-readable and North Data keeps the parsed shareholder behind its paywall, so the step from this company to BidCo stays `derived` rather than `sourced`; that is why the owned_by row is derived and nothing about it is said on the page. Two notes for later work: European Pizza Group TopCo S.à r.l. (RCS Luxembourg B278209, EUID LURCSL.B278209, 9 rue de Bitbourg, L-1273 Luxembourg) is the legal identity of the existing company/european-pizza-group page, which carries no legal_name or register_ids, and MidCo's owned_by points there rather than to a second page for the same company; PAI's half is held through Vesuvio Investments Sàrl (RCS Luxembourg B247112, formerly Immunity Investments Sàrl, shareholder PAI MMF Master Sàrl SICAV-RAIF), which has no page here and is named in MidCo's note instead. | |
