NutriAsia Pacific Ltd is an investment holding company incorporated in the British Virgin Islands on 21 November 2005, the vehicle through which the Campos family's NutriAsia group controls Del Monte Pacific Limited, the Singapore- and Manila-listed branded food company.[^dmpl-structure] In February 2024 it held 1,196,539,958 Del Monte Pacific shares, 61.55 per cent of the issued shares.[^dmpl-ann-2024] Del Monte Pacific puts its combined holding with the family's Bluebell Group Holdings Limited at 71 per cent,[^dmpl-ar-2025] and its website lists 72 per cent under the heading NutriAsia Pacific Group.[^dmpl-structure]
It began as the joint venture through which the NutriAsia Group of Companies, holding 57.8 per cent of it, and San Miguel Corporation, holding 42.2 per cent, took control of Del Monte Pacific in the first quarter of 2006 with 84.5 per cent of its shares; the NutriAsia group then signed an agreement to buy San Miguel's entire stake, a change at holding-company level that left Del Monte Pacific's own shareholding unchanged.[^npl-press] Today it is wholly owned by NutriAsia Holdings Limited, which is 57.8 per cent owned by NutriAsia, Inc. and 42.2 per cent by Well Grounded Limited. NutriAsia, Inc. is 65.4 per cent owned by Golden Chamber Investment Limited, and Well Grounded is wholly owned by Star Orchid Ltd. Golden Chamber is owned by the Twin Palms Pacific Trust and Star Orchid by The Star Orchid Trust, both with HSBC Trustee (Hong Kong) Limited as trustee; Joselito D. Campos, Jr. and his family are the beneficiaries, and Del Monte Pacific's register records him as having a deemed interest in the shares this company holds.[^dmpl-ann-2024] Del Monte Pacific's FY2025 accounts give NutriAsia Inc. and Well Grounded as incorporated in the British Virgin Islands, say the two held their interests through NutriAsia Holdings Limited at 30 April 2023, 2024 and 2025, and name HSBC International Trustee Limited as the ultimate holding company.[^dmpl-ar-2025]
