Del Monte Pacific Limited lists a 72 per cent shareholding under the heading NutriAsia Pacific Group and names NutriAsia Pacific Ltd as the holding company behind it, which is what ties this page to the site: the ownership row sits on company/del-monte-pacific-limited, the Singapore- and Manila-listed branded food company this company controls.[^dmpl-structure][^dmpl-glance] It was the joint venture through which the NutriAsia Group of Companies, holding 57.8 per cent of it, and San Miguel Corporation, holding 42.2 per cent, took control of Del Monte Pacific in the first quarter of 2006 with 84.5 per cent of its shares; the NutriAsia group then signed an agreement to buy San Miguel's entire stake in this holding company, a change at holding-company level that left Del Monte Pacific's own shareholding unchanged.[^npl-press] It is itself 100 per cent owned by the NutriAsia Group of Companies, which is majority-owned by the Campos family of the Philippines, so the ownership above it is a family-held private group rather than a company a relation row here could name.[^dmpl-structure]
