Nativus Company Limited is a company incorporated in Hong Kong and a wholly owned subsidiary of CR Verlinvest Health Investment Limited, a joint venture of the Belgian investment company Verlinvest S.A. and the Chinese state-owned China Resources group.[^sec-20f-2025] It is the largest shareholder of Oatly Group AB, holding 271,763,953 of its ordinary shares directly as well as convertible notes, according to Oatly's annual report for 2025.[^sec-20f-2025] In a Schedule 13G amendment for the end of 2023 it reported beneficial ownership of 46.8% of Oatly's shares, counting convertible notes.[^sec-13g-nativus] It files with the US Securities and Exchange Commission as Nativus Co Ltd, with an address in the China Resources Building, 26 Harbour Road, Wan Chai, Hong Kong.[^sec-nativus]
