MPO is a French pressing and duplication company whose initials stand for Moulage Plastique de l'Ouest; the original vinyl plant was established in 1957 at Averton in Mayenne and the group now presses vinyl, CD and DVD from sites in France, Spain and Thailand.[^discogs-mpo] The French company register lists MPO INTERNATIONAL at Averton under SIREN 775613656, recorded there since 1961.[^sirene] Discs it pressed carry MPO in the runout, which is how this release is attributed to it.[^discogs]
