Mondelez Slovakia Holding a. s. is the Bratislava joint-stock company at the head of the Mondelēz International group's Slovak business, registered under IČO 31320180 at Račianska 44.[^rpo-msh] Kraft Foods Schweiz Holding GmbH of Zug holds 99.86% of its shares, and its accounts are consolidated by Mondelez International Holdings LLC of Chicago.[^fs-holding-2024] It owns 100% of its operating subsidiaries, among them the sales company Mondelez Slovakia s.r.o. and the chocolate and biscuit maker Mondelez SR Production s.r.o.[^vs-holding-2024]
The company dates from 1992 as Figaro Bratislava a.s. and traded as Jacobs Suchard Figaro, a.s. from 1993, Kraft Foods Slovakia, a.s. from 2001 and Mondelez Slovakia, a. s. from 2013, taking its present name on 1 July 2014.[^rpo-msh] It moved its manufacturing into Mondelez SR Production s.r.o. on 29 April 2013 and its trading business into Mondelez Slovakia s.r.o. on 29 June 2014, and on that day also placed its trademarks in Mondelez Slovakia Intellectual Property s.r.o.; since then its only business has been holding its subsidiaries.[^fs-holding-2024] Mondelēz International, Inc. lists it among its Slovak subsidiaries at 31 December 2025.[^mdlz-ex21]
