Added owned_by company/kraft-foods-lietuva as ended/sourced (^lrt-2020): per BNS on LRT, it was the holding company for Mondelez Baltic and in 2020-11 announced it would transfer the shares to an unnamed group company; it is absent from the 2025 Exhibit 21. Mondelez Baltic (UAB Mondelez Baltic) is the sales company of the Mondelez International group for Lithuania, Latvia and Estonia, seated at Taikos pr. 88 in Kaunas.[^mdlz-eu-entities] It was registered on 19 April 2013 under company code 303046543, and trades as a wholesaler of sugar, chocolate and confectionery, with revenue of €48.6 million in 2025.[^tax-lt] Mondelez International lists it among its subsidiaries.[^sec-ex21] Export packs such as the Milka Happy Cow 100 g tablet print it as the representative (Atstovas, Pārstāvis, Esindaja) for the three Baltic markets, with separate free information lines for Lithuania (8 800 22323), Latvia (80002232) and Estonia (667 1770).[^off-back-2025]
The company came out of the 2013–2014 split of AB Kraft Foods Lietuva, which separated its Kaunas confectionery factory into UAB Mondelez Lietuva Production and its trading business into Mondelez Baltic, and kept both as a holding company.
