Companies House shows Imperial Tobacco Holdings (2007) Limited, company 05987726, as this company's sole active person with significant control with 75 per cent or more of the shares since 6 April 2016, so the file now carries owned_by -> company/imperial-tobacco-holdings-2007 at sourced, and that owner is created here as a full company stub (register 05987726, incorporated 3 November 2006 as Alnery No. 2648 Limited, renamed 19 January 2007, registered office 121 Winterstoke Road, Bristol) with its own owned_by -> company/imperial-brands, so the walk up the group no longer skips an entity. The existing parent_org -> company/imperial-brands is kept and raised from derived to sourced, now resting on the owner's own PSC filing rather than on an inference, with from: 2016-04-06. All four register pages were re-fetched today and every References accessed date moved to 2026-09-20; added References rows ch-2007 and psc-2007 (Companies House overview and PSC for 05987726) and gleif-search (GLEIF full-text search). Also added the missing Identity summary and registered_address, a disambiguation naming the 05987726 namesake, an Establishments office row for the Bristol registered office, a search alias, and the Imperial Brands offices photograph from Wikimedia Commons as kind other with a note saying it shows the building, not a product.
