GuoLine Capital Assets Limited is a Jersey-incorporated company that Guoco Group Limited names as its ultimate holding company; it wholly owns GuoLine Overseas Limited, which held 71.88% of Guoco at 30 June 2025.[^guoco-ar25] The Rank Group Plc's 2026 annual report likewise names it the ultimate parent undertaking of Guoco, which controls Rank through Rank Assets Limited.[^rank-ar26] Its own shareholders, as disclosed in Guoco's report, are individuals and their holding companies rather than a parent group: Quek Leng Chan owns 49.11% and Hong Leong Investment Holdings Pte. Ltd. 34.49%, and the report describes Quek Leng Chan as a controlling shareholder of GuoLine Capital Assets and of Hong Leong Company (Malaysia) Berhad. Guoco's executive chairman Kwek Leng Hai is a director and shareholder of the company.[^guoco-ar25]
