Frankfurter Brauhaus GmbH is the brewery at Lebuser Chaussee 3 in Frankfurt (Oder), Brandenburg. It brews mostly own-label beers for German discounters and other retailers, and its own brands are Spitzkrug, Pilsator and Frankfurter.[^dewiki-fb] The brewery opened in 1988 as the Oderland-Brauerei. It was sold to Brau und Brunnen in 1991 and later taken over by two east German entrepreneurs, becoming the first brewery of TCB Beteiligungsgesellschaft.[^dewiki-fb] The register lists TCB Beteiligungsgesellschaft mbH as shareholder. In April 2024 the old Frankfurter Brauhaus GmbH was merged into Gilde Brauerei GmbH, which took the Frankfurter Brauhaus name and moved its seat to Frankfurt (Oder), HRB 20718.[^northdata]
