The pack prints "Service Consommateurs : FOODS INTERNATIONAL S.A.S., 5 boulevard de l'Oise, 95015 Cergy Pontoise Cedex - France" under a French badge, and the same company at "Marialei 11 B5, 2018 Antwerpen - Belgique/België" under a Benelux badge, with the website www.foodsinternational.eu.[^pack-back] Under EU food information law the name and address printed in that position is the food business operator responsible for the information on the label, which is how it is recorded here.

The pack is the only source: the printed website did not respond to two fetches in September 2026, and the French business register's only FOODS INTERNATIONAL, SIREN 917700817, is a Montreuil company created in July 2022 and closed in January 2025, so it cannot be the operator named on a tin photographed in 2016. No register identifier is therefore recorded, and the corporate relationship between this company and Twinings is not established.[^pack-back]
