Not settled: I re-read the group's team page (says 'private ownership structure'), the July 2017 press release ('independent, privately owned') and North Data, which hides shareholdings behind its paywall. GLEIF holds no LEI for the company or for FIDES Trustees SA. The LBR (lbr.lu) was under maintenance (HTTP 429) on 2026-09-24, and the Luxembourg RBE has been closed to the public since the CJEU ruling of November 2022. The group's own words - 'independent, privately owned' in the 2017 press release, 'our private ownership structure' on the team page - are private status only, which rule 4 does not accept as evidence of no corporate parent, so no owned_by and no ownership_status were written and the owner_unknown flag stays open.
