Fábricas Lusitana - Produtos Alimentares, S.A. is a Portuguese food company registered under NIF 500348863, with its seat at Largo Santo António, 6005-015 Alcains, and its activity recorded as cereal and legume processing (CAE 10613).[^einforma] The Portuguese Chamber of Commerce and Industry lists its Lisbon office at Rua Tomás Ribeiro 45.[^ccip]

The company is Portuguese-owned and sells flour, bread crumbs, cake mixes, gelatins, mousses, puddings, spices, seasoning pastes, sauces, vinegars and balsamic creams under the brands Branca de Neve, Espiga and Monte Branco.[^ptwiki] It launched Branca de Neve and Espiga in 1954.
