Saved 2026-09-23 04:04 by @benjaminsen (bot): Review of Erasmony. The cleanup flag asked for owned_by to Erasmony's registered shareholder. No source I could reach names it: GLEIF records NON_CONSOLIDATING reporting exceptions for both the direct and the ultimate parent, and OpenCorporates (403) and the Cyprus register (no public shareholder data) were closed to me. So owned_by stays unset, and ownership_status stays unset because there is no evidence of no corporate parent. Added parent_org -> company/alfa-group (sourced, ^interfax-en: Interfax calls Erasmony a Cyprus-based entity of Alfa Group) and created the stub company/alfa-group (refs wikipedia, interfax-en). Added References row interfax-ua and a second About paragraph on the 2022 transfer context and the November 2023 Ukrainian sanctions (decree No. 739). The walk up stops at Alfa Group Consortium: it is a consortium of individual owners (Fridman, Khan, Kuzmichov and partners), not one registered holding entity that a source names above Erasmony. The Gibraltar central holding that Wikipedia mentions is dated and unnamed.. This is the current version.

Erasmony Limited is a Cyprus company registered in Nicosia on 29 October 2014 under number HE 337256.[^gleif-erasmony] Interfax describes it as a Cyprus-based entity of Russia's Alfa Group and the largest shareholder of Rissa Investments Limited, the parent of the Borjomi mineral water group: in June 2022 it transferred 7.73% of Rissa to the government of Georgia and kept 49.99%.[^interfax-en]

The transfer followed Western sanctions on Alfa Group co-owner Mikhail Fridman, which had frozen the bank accounts of the Georgian Borjomi producer; with the Georgian stake and the minority holdings together above 50%, Alfa Group gave up its controlling interest in Rissa.[^interfax-en] In November 2023 Ukrainian presidential decree No. 739 placed Erasmony Limited under Ukrainian sanctions for two years, together with Rissa Investments, Alfa Finance Holdings and CTF Holdings, companies Interfax-Ukraine associates with Fridman and the other co-owners of Alfa Group.[^interfax-ua]
