Entertainment Distribution Holdings GmbH was the German holding company through which Entertainment Distribution Company, LLC, the disc manufacturing business Glenayre Technologies formed in 2005, bought Universal Music's CD and DVD plant in Langenhagen, near Hanover.[^sec-llc][^glenayre-ex21] It was entered at Munich on 21 April 2005 as the shelf company Blitz 05-107 GmbH, and under that name it signed the share purchase agreement of 9 May 2005 for the whole share capital of Universal Manufacturing & Logistics GmbH; it took the name Entertainment Distribution Holdings GmbH on 14 June 2005 and later moved its seat to Langenhagen under HRB 200067.[^sec-spa][^sec-credit][^northdata-holdings]
From June 2005 it received the profits of Entertainment Distribution GmbH, later Entertainment Distribution Company GmbH, the operating company of the plant, under a profit-transfer agreement.[^northdata-holdings] On 8 October 2010 it was itself merged into that company and was terminated on 22 October 2010.[^northdata-holdings]
