DF Family Trust is a German family foundation seated at Dieter-Fuchs-Str. 10 in Dissen am Teutoburger Wald, the address of the Fuchs spice group, and one of the two foundations named in the shareholder lists of DFS Beteiligungen GmbH, the Dissen holding company at the head of that group; it appears in the lists of 1 July 2016 and 5 June 2019.[^nd-dft] Despite the English name it is not a common-law trust: its LEI record gives its legal form as Stiftung des privaten Rechts, a foundation under German private law, and dates its creation to July 2014.[^gleif-dft] Dieter Fuchs transferred shares in the group holding to it alongside the charitable Dieter Fuchs Stiftung as he arranged his succession, which food-service reported on 6 June 2016.[^fs]
