Schwarz Beteiligungs-KG is the Neckarsulm partnership through which stakes in the Schwarz group are held; its registered object is the holding of interests in companies, in particular in companies of the Schwarz group, together with services of all kinds for them.[^northdata-dsb] It is entered at the Amtsgericht Stuttgart under HRA 736370 and took its present name on 16 January 2020, when the PVG Geschäftsführungs-KG and the Schwarz Beteiligungs-KG were entered as general partners; the register notices show it as the limited partner of SB Lidl KG from 4 July 2024, of SB Dienstleistung KG from 20 October 2022 and of SB Brazil KG from 20 February 2025.[^northdata-dsb] The German Wikipedia article on the Schwarz-Gruppe names three limited partners of its own: the Rosint GmbH and the Zeha GmbH of St. Gallen, whose shares belong to the charitable Dieter Schwarz Stiftung für Kunst & Kultur and Dieter Schwarz Stiftung für Wissenschaft und Forschung, and the Schwarz Unternehmenstreuhand KG.[^wiki-schwarz]
