I re-read both Companies House persons-with-significant-control entries: 46 State Street Gp Llc is registered against Cinram Logistics UK Limited (03360254) and Cinram Operations UK Limited (03188592) themselves, notified 20 January 2017, nature of control "has significant influence or control", with no shareholding and no voting rights recorded and nothing said about this co-operative — so `owned_by` here read the register as a shareholding it never states. I dropped the row rather than recasting it as `parent_org`: the page already carries `parent_org company/1847-partners` from the same date, and two ultimate-parent rows over one period would contradict each other; the partnership keeps its tie to the site through the `parent_org` row on company/cinram-logistics-uk, and About still carries the two register entries in full, now saying in words what they record and what they do not (significant influence or control alone, registered against the two British companies). The 2017 ownership on this page is now only what the 1847 Partners release supports. Also attributed the termination of the registration to North Data, which is what the ^northdata row actually is, rather than to the Dutch register itself. No References rows added, removed or renamed; I re-read ch-psc-logistics, ch-psc-operations, northdata and 1847-europe today and they are live and unchanged, and all other sections are untouched. Not settled: no source read names who holds the shares in the co-operative after 27 January 2017 — the release names 1847 Partners LLC "in partnership with the GEM Group" as the acquirer of the European Cinram Group and Jim Brooks welcomes "new shareholders" in the plural, but neither the GEM Group's shareholding nor its legal identity is stated anywhere I could fetch, so it stays named in About with no relation row and no stub, and North Data carries no shareholder or event data for KVK 34253045..
