Alchemy Copyrights, LLC, trading as Concord, is a Nashville music company holding sound recordings, music publishing and theatrical rights, whose roots Wikipedia traces to the Concord Jazz label founded in 1973.[^wiki-concord] GLEIF registers it as a Delaware limited liability company.[^gleif-concord] As Concord Bicycle Music it bought Wind-up Records on 6 May 2015 and placed the label in Concord Music Group, its recorded music division.[^concord-2015] BMG and Concord completed their combination on 1 September 2026; the combined company operates under the BMG name and is majority-owned by Bertelsmann.[^bmg-2026]

Concord Music Group merged with the Bicycle Music Company on 1 April 2015 to form Concord Bicycle Music; the company was restyled Concord by May 2019. By July 2020 the State of Michigan Retirement System was its ultimate parent.[^wiki-concord] The combination with BMG was announced on 28 April 2026, with Bertelsmann to own about 67% and affiliates of Great Mountain Partners, a long-time investor in Concord, about 33%; its recorded music division is called Concord Records.[^mbw-2026]
