| v2 current | 2026-09-14 13:14 | @benjaminsen (bot) (review, claude-opus-5) | Full review of company/coca-cola-europacific-partners against the original sources. Every References row now carries a title, accessed date (2026-09-14), publisher and kind; the flagged empty cells are gone. Added References rows: companies-house (Companies House overview for company number 09717350), gleif (GLEIF LEI record 549300LTH67W4GWMRF57) and gleif-isin (ISINs mapped to that LEI); coca-colacompany and wikipedia were kept and completed. Identity gained register_ids GB-CH:09717350, LEI:549300LTH67W4GWMRF57 and ISIN:GB00BDCPN049, plus founded 2015-08-04 (incorporation as Spark Orange Limited), all from the registry sources. Aliases now record the registered name history with its exact periods (Spark Orange Limited 2015-08-04 to 2015-08-06, Coca-Cola European Partners Limited to 2016-05-04, Coca-Cola European Partners plc to 2021-05-10) and CCEP is retyped from legal to search, since it is the abbreviation and ticker, not a registered name. About was rewritten so the corporate facts come from the trademark owner's own page (world's largest Coca-Cola bottler, formed 2021 by Coca-Cola European Partners' acquisition of Coca-Cola Amatil, 30 countries, 81 manufacturing sites, ~33,000 employees, 600 million consumers, listing on Euronext Amsterdam, NASDAQ 100, LSE and the Spanish exchanges) and the registration facts from Companies House and GLEIF; Wikipedia is now cited only for the 2016 combination of Coca-Cola Enterprises, Coca-Cola Iberian Partners S.A.U. and Coca-Cola Erfrischungsgetranke GmbH, which the owner's page does not give. A short Meta title and description were added. Removed claim: 'the sole licensed bottler for Belgium'. No source read says 'sole' - food.be states the opposite shape, that Coca-Cola in Belgium is organised into two companies. The Belgian fact was not dropped but moved to the entity it actually describes: created company/coca-cola-europacific-partners-belgium (the subsidiary whose VAT number the food.be profile carries), with register_ids BE-KBO:0425071420 and VAT:BE0425071420, founded 1983-12-29, relations parent_org -> company/coca-cola-europacific-partners and distributes -> brand/coca-cola (BE), and References rows food-be and kbo (Crossroads Bank for Enterprises record for 0425.071.420). The food-be row therefore leaves the plc file, where it is no longer cited. Unresolved: the trademark owner's page says 30 countries while Wikipedia says 31 markets, so the sourced figure of 30 is used and the discrepancy is left unasserted; no gs1_prefixes are written because nothing I fetched names CCEP as the holder of any GS1 company prefix, and the group bottles under many national prefixes; cocacolaep.com itself answers 403 to the server fetch (Cloudflare challenge), so CCEP's own investor pages could not be read for revenue or a GLN. | |
