Cinram International Limited Partnership is the partnership created by the plan of arrangement of 5 May 2006 that turned Cinram International Inc. into Cinram International Income Fund; shareholders who elected to do so took Class B exchangeable limited partnership units of this partnership instead of Fund units, one per common share, and 4,990,854 Class B units were issued.[^cinram-nccs][^cinram-mcr] In the Monitor's 2012 corporate structure chart it holds Cinram International ULC, is held in turn by CII Trust with Cinram International General Partner Inc. as its general partner, and belongs to the group whose ultimate parent is Cinram International Income Fund.[^fti-prefiling] By the CCAA initial order of 25 June 2012 it had been renamed C International Limited Partnership; it was not itself an applicant, and the stay of proceedings was extended to it.[^fti-cinram]
