The 27 January 2017 date the cleanup flag asked for was already in Identity, in the owned_by row and in the first About paragraph (filed before that fix landed), but the third paragraph still read "announced on 30 January 2017 the completion" while citing ^1847-europe, the release of 27 January; that sentence now gives 27 January and the following sentence keeps the 30 January repeat as the repeat, as company/1847-partners and company/cooperatie-cinram-netherlands-ua have it. The same sentence gained Edward Tobin's quoted statement from the release. No References rows added or removed: all ten were re-fetched today and check out as cited — the two PR Newswire releases are word for word identical with datelines of 27 (11:13 ET) and 30 January 2017, MusikWoche of 7 February 2017 dates the completed takeover to the release of 27 January, the Monitor's seventh report gives the share purchase agreement of 27 January 2013, funds transferred 4 February and the certificate of 5 February 2013, and Technicolor's 2016 consolidated financial statements state the 12 November 2015 purchase at US$44 million with US$21 million of borrowings repaid. Cinram Group, Inc. was the company through which the Phoenix private investment firm Najafi Companies held the Cinram disc and media supply-chain business, bought out of Cinram's Canadian insolvency proceedings.[^najafi-na] Formed in 2012 as Cinram Acquisition, Inc., it took over the North American assets on 31 August 2012 and the shares of the group's European companies on 5 February 2013, and traded on under the Cinram name in the manufacture, packaging and distribution of movies, music, games and books.[^najafi-na][^fti-report7][^najafi-europe] It sold the North American optical disc business to Technicolor in November 2015 and the European Cinram group to 1847 Partners and the GEM Group on 27 January 2017.[^technicolor-2016][^1847-europe] Najafi Companies places Cinram among the historical investments on its own list of holdings.[^najafi-site]
