Carlsberg Sverige is the Carlsberg Group's Swedish beverage company, with its head office in Solna, a brewery in Falkenberg producing beer, soft drinks, cider and ready-to-drink products, and a water bottling plant at Ramlösa.[^cgse] It produces and sells Carlsberg, Falcon, Pripps Blå, Ramlösa, Pepsi and Festis, and has been PepsiCo's bottler in Sweden for more than 25 years.[^cgse][^cgpepsico] Carlsberg Sverige AB is registered under organisation number 556006-9980; its direct parent is Baltic Beverages Holding AB and its group parent Carlsberg A/S.[^hitta]

Carlsberg took over the Falcon brewery from Unilever in 1996, and in 2001 Carlsberg and Orkla merged their brewing activities, bringing Pripps Ringnes and Falcon into one group.
