Brasserie de Saint-Omer is a brewery in Saint-Omer, Pas-de-Calais, founded in 1866. It was named Brasserie Artésienne in 1950, took its present name in 1985 under the Saint-Arnould group, was sold to Heineken International in 1996 and was bought back in 2008 by its former chief executive André Pecqueur.[^wiki-bso] The French register lists BRASSERIE DE SAINT-OMER (BSO) as a simplified joint-stock company, SIREN 455502088, with its seat at 9 rue Edouard Devaux, Saint-Omer, and brewing as its main activity.[^siren-bso] With Brasserie Goudale and the carrier Transports Saint-Arnould it forms a family-owned group of which André Pecqueur is sole shareholder; the group brews beers under retailers' own labels.[^bso-site]
