I read the scanned BCPL Holdings group accounts to 31 December 2025 (filed 21 Sep 2026, ref chacc25) page by page: note 15 names BC Partners Group Holdings Limited (Guernsey) as immediate parent and BC Partners Holdings Limited as ultimate controlling party and largest consolidating group; note 10 shows 100% of BC Partners LLP capital; note 16 says certain directors are shareholders of BC Partners Holdings. So owned_by company/bc-partners-group-holdings and parent_org company/bc-partners-holdings stand as verified on ^chacc25; the chain up ends at bc-partners-holdings (no_corporate_parent). Re-checked the overview (incorporation 13 Aug 2021, SIC 64205, address) and the PSC statement; all match. Only change: added one sourced sentence to About from note 10 (£2m capital contribution in 2025 for FCA capital requirements, £6m investment at cost). No References rows added.. This is the current version.
