Ariannol Trustees (Suisse) SA was a Geneva trust company at rue de la Croix-d'Or 19, registered under CHE-317.304.579.[^shab-ariannol] It was founded in 2012 by Martin Bowen, who had then been in the fiduciary business for more than 40 years, and Oliver Donagher joined him as a partner the same year; in July 2017 Fides Holdings SA announced that it had bought the company and would integrate it into FIDES Trustees SA, the group's existing Geneva trust company.[^fides-ariannol] Under a merger agreement of 23 August 2019 and a balance sheet at 31 March 2019 showing assets of CHF 505,459 and third-party liabilities of CHF 380,795, FIDES Trustees SA took over its assets and liabilities; because the whole share capital of both companies was held by the same shareholder the merger brought neither a capital increase nor an allotment of shares, and the company was struck from the register by merger on 4 September 2019.[^shab-fusion][^shab-ariannol]
