Sloboda (Слобода) is the main consumer brand of the Russian oil-and-fat group EFKO. It began in 1996 on bottled sunflower oil, reached mayonnaise in 1998 with an olive-oil mayonnaise a year later, and now also covers ketchup, spreads, yoghurt and milk.[^wiki-efko] Packs carry the brand logo with a registered-trademark sign and name ОАО «ЭФКО» as manufacturer.[^pack-2017]
