Sarajevski Kiseljak is a carbonated natural mineral water from Kiseljak in Bosnia and Herzegovina, drawn from 150 to 300 metres deep.[^maker-products] The town is held to take its name from the acidic water that rises there.[^wikipedia-hr] The brand belongs to Sarajevski kiseljak d.o.o., part of Fortenova Group.[^fortenova] Its labels carry the date 1891, when organised bottling began and the water was shipped from Dalmatia and Styria as far as Bombay.[^maker-history] The maker sells it in 1.5 l, 1 l and 0.5 l PET bottles and in 1 l and 0.25 l returnable glass.[^maker-products]
