Unternehmensgruppe Theo Müller, abbreviated UTM, is the pan-European food group best known as the owner of the Müller dairy brand.[1] It became the majority shareholder of the HK Food holding in 2010 and completed the integration of its companies a year later, which is how the Polish maker Lisner and the Homann group of chilled delicatessen brands came under it.[2] This stub exists to carry that ownership edge; its seat, legal form and register numbers have not been researched here.
