Tropicana Brands Group is an American fruit-based beverage company founded in 1947 by Anthony T. Rossi in Bradenton, Florida. It was a subsidiary of PepsiCo from 1998 to 2021; in August 2021 PepsiCo sold 61% of it, with the rest of its juice portfolio, to the French investment fund PAI Partners for $3.3 billion and kept the remaining 39%.[1]
