Sony Music Entertainment (Finland) Oy was the Sony Music group's record company in Finland. The Finnish Trade Register records it under business ID 0107186-3, registered on 27 February 1976, named CBS Records Oy from 27 January 1983, renamed Sony Music Entertainment (Finland) Oy on 31 December 1990, carrying the auxiliary trade name Sony Music Nordic from 2002, and ceased on 1 October 2005.[1] It is named as copyright holder, phonographic copyright holder and maker of the original sound recording on the 2000 Columbia CD single "Stockholm - Helsinki" by Fintelligens featuring Petter & PeeWee.[2] It is a different legal entity from the present Sony Music Entertainment Finland Oy, business ID 0776124-0, which was registered in 1990 and traded as Sony BMG Music Entertainment (Finland) Oy before 2009.[3]
