real,- Handels GmbH is the German company named on Real own-label packs such as the TiP Nuss-Nougat-Creme, which were "made for" it at Schlüterstraße 5 in Düsseldorf.^[1] North Data lists it under HRB 21525 at the Mönchengladbach district court, formerly HRB 48613 in Düsseldorf, with the earlier name METRO Achte Gesellschaft für Vermögensverwaltung mbH.^[2] Its stated purpose includes wholesale and retail of food and consumer goods and the exploitation of own and licensed brands.^[2] Its filings list METRO AG as shareholder in 2020 and a control agreement with real GmbH from September 2020. The seat moved to Mönchengladbach in 2023, and the company is now shown as closed.^[2] Real itself stopped trading in March 2024.^[3]
