Pimente Investissement is the French holding company through which CVC Capital Partners bought the Panzani dry pasta, semolina, couscous and sauces business from Ebro Foods; Just Food reported at completion on 31 December 2021 that it is a French vehicle majority-owned by funds managed and/or advised by CVC.^[1] It is a société par actions simplifiée created on 17 June 2021, registered under SIREN 900613126 with VAT number FR32900613126, and it has its seat at 141 cours Gambetta, Lyon, the same address as Panzani.^[2]
