About PepsiCo Beverages Switzerland

PepsiCo Beverages Switzerland GmbH was a Swiss limited liability company seated in Bern, UID CHE-109.600.684, whose registered purpose was to centralise the PepsiCo group's distribution, trade and marketing of food and drinks in Switzerland and to support other group companies from there.[1] From November 2019 its domicile was c/o Frito-Lay Trading Company GmbH, Spitalgasse 2, 3011 Bern.[2] It is printed as the distributor, "under authority of PepsiCo, Inc.", on the Swiss 1.5 l bottle of Pepsi Light.[3]

Its members resolved to dissolve the company on 12 March 2020, when it took the name PepsiCo Beverages Switzerland GmbH in Liquidation, with Dr. Herbert Trachsler as liquidator.[1] The Bern commercial register deleted it on 20 November 2020 after the liquidation had ended.[4]
