About Orkla Foods Finland

Orkla Foods Finland Oy was the Finnish food company of the Norwegian Orkla group, business ID 0203602-3, with its registered office at Rydöntie 14 in Turku and the LEI 549300IW8QK3JYBWRH19.[1][2] The trade register carried it from 23 June 1977; it took the name Felix Abba Oy Ab on 31 March 2013, the day the older Felix Abba Oy Ab (business ID 0640964-0) ceased, was renamed Orkla Foods Finland Oy on 1 October 2013 and itself ceased on 1 March 2023.[1] Its auxiliary business names were Felix Abba, Felix, Abba, Turun Kala, Åbo Fisk, Kantolan Keksi, Orkla Finland, Lahden Vientikerma, Boyfood, Delicant, Marco-California and Ligno Tech Finland.[1] GLEIF gives ORKLA ASA as both its direct and its ultimate parent.[2]

Orkla says Orkla Suomi was established in 2023 by merging Orkla Confectionery & Snacks Finland and Orkla Foods Finland, and Finnish Wikipedia dates the two companies' operational grouping under the Orkla Suomi name to 2018 and the legal merger to March 2023.[3][4] All twelve of the auxiliary names above were entered on Orkla Suomi Finland Oy Ab (0205117-8) on 1 March 2023, the day this company ceased, so Orkla Suomi carries Felix Abba and Orkla Foods Finland as names of its own today and is a different legal person from this one and from Felix Abba Oy Ab (0640964-0).[5][1]
