Nortera

About

Nortera processes and markets canned and frozen vegetables and fruits and runs plants in Canada and the United States.^[1] Once known as Aliments Carrière, the business was bought by Bonduelle in 2007. It became Nortera in June 2022 through an agreement with Fonds de solidarité FTQ, CDPQ and Bonduelle.^[1] Under that deal the two investors bought 65% of Bonduelle Americas Long Life.^[2] Nortera sells Arctic Gardens and licenses the Del Monte brand in Canada only.^[3]
